Artists who attended last year's training are also welcome to apply\, and do not need to attend this year's training if they are unable to.\n\n\n\nThird Space is Winona's Artist on Main Street Grant\, which is funded through the Bush Foundation with support from Springboard for the Arts. This artist-led placemaking initiative is meant to be varied\, from passive or interactive installations\, exhibits\, programming or events\, and include a broad cross-section of Winona's population from youth to seniors\, and may be focused on one specific part of the population.
