You will practice the basic concept and set some coaching objectives that you can start to practice right away. Come prepared to interact\, share\, and practice the concept of coaching while realizing that the most successful supervisors coach into themselves and out to the team.\n\n \n\nWednesday\, May 16\n\n5:00 -6:30 pm\n\nTopic: The Balancing Act of Performance Evaluations\n\nWe will spend time on some of the current business thought processes that performance management is a thing of the past. Performance management (evaluations) is not about the form\, but the connection with employees so they know what they can do to become even better at their craft\, trade or job. The main reason for performance management is to help employees to become even better!
