He graduated with honors from Viterbo University and has over 40 years of experience in the arts\, education\, and industry beginning as a machinist in 1972. He spent a few years on a sojourn into the performing arts as a professional singer and actor. In 1988 Steve founded a communications and training consulting practice\, which led to international contracts and nearly 20 years on the international lecture circuit delivering about 150 full day workshops per year to diverse audiences around the world. He has been a regular contributor to Small Business Times and his writing has also appeared in Training Magazine and the American Society for Training and Development Journal.
