DESCRIPTION:Western Technical College is pleased to welcome \n\nMiss Minnesota 2021\, Elle Mark!\n\n \n\nElle is an honors graduate from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse with her Bachelor's degree in Public Health & Community Health Education. Elle competed for the title of Miss Minnesota and ultimately earned the job on June 25th\, 2021. She is now traveling the state promoting the "5 Healthy Habits of Emotional Well-being" on behalf of the Campaign to Change Direction. Her focus is to encourage everyone to take care of their mental health the same way they would their physical health.\n\n \n\nElle will be joined by Keith Lease. Keith is an instructor for Western's Human Services Associate program and a respected mental health expert throughout the Coulee Region.
