Event Description This course will introduce students to the strengths-based philosophy, as well as providing the opportunity to explore their strengths through the StrengthsFinder 2.0 assessment*, set up specific goals and action items, and explore how to better utilize strengths in both professional and personal lives. * Prior to the course, students are asked to read StrengthsFinder 2.0 by Tom Rath and complete the online assessment. Students should bring their assessment report to class. The book and online assessment are included in the class fee.
