StrengthsFinders: Leveraging Individual Strengths to Build a Team

Pablo Picasso once said, “talent without technique is merely bad habit.” This session is for those who have done work in Gallup’s StrengthsFinder and want to learn more about team interactions. Explore personal strengths in relation to others and what happens when strengths are over or under utilized. This course covers how to use strengths to manage, develop, coach, and motivate. Explore team strengths and behaviors while discussing ways of investing in others. Whether part of a managerial team, a project lead, or part of a cross-functional team, the course objective of this session is to teach insights and strategies for nurturing and growing everyone's strengths for the greatest purpose.
