Winona Health Food Service Worker (Shifts 1 and 2)
-Assist in the preparation and distribution of
nutritional and appealing foods for our patients/residents, coworkers and
-Performs work duties within food safety “HACCP” guidelines.
-Sanitizes work area at the end of the scheduled workday by doing sanitation
-Follow production sheets, preparing food items needed, properly tallies
-Prioritizes and organizes work efficiently. Accomplishes workload in allotted
-Stores food items at the proper temperature, ensuring that they are properly
covered and dated.
