About Us
The mission of the Polish Cultural Institute and Museum is to collect, preserve, exhibit, interpret, and disseminate the heritage of the Polish and Kashubian culture of Winona, Minnesota. Dedicated to the history of the multicultural population of Kashubian and other Polish ethnic minorities, and their immigration to the United States through contract labor and pauper labor bureaus. Winona is the Kashubian Capital of the United States, and remains important to the survival of the population. The Polish Cultural Institute and Museum is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.
