The Red Carpet Award ?This award is for a business that provides quality customer service to anyone who walks in the door and recognizes the exceptional performance, compassion and care that go into great customer service. This nomination form is to be completed by consumer/customer.
Outstanding Achievement in Workforce Development ? Take a moment to nominate a business who has worked hard to grow and further develop their company. This business is one who has taken creative measures to create new jobs, avoid downsizing, and provide the training necessary to stay competitive in the current work environment and maintain a highly skilled, motivated staff. This nomination form is to be completed by the employer or another business who works closely with the nominee.
Small Business Achievement Award ? Recognize a small business (1-50 employees) that is surviving and thriving in today?s ever-changing business world. Whether it is celebrating an anniversary, advancing to multiple locations, or expanding a product line; we want to honor them for all of their hard work. This nomination form is to be completed by employees or the general public.
Outstanding Leadership in Community Citizenship ? Has there been an initiative this year that has touched your heart? We want to thank and recognize the entity that is behind that special story. Downtown Investment Award ? This award is for business located in the Downtown Central Business District and recognizes how that business has invested to improve our downtown, either through job creation or the beautification of their location. Nomination: completed by the business/property owner/business manager.
