Streets & Treats is an event being held in the heart of Downtown Winona onS Saturday, October 30th.  We are currently seeking businesses interested in handing out candy to trick-or-treaters during this event.  All you need to do is provide candy for 500+ kids, as well as employees to hand it out. Costumes are encouraged!
