  • Why Facebook is relevant, its future, who is using the platform, and how to capture their attention
  • The importance of a page’s purpose and objectives
    • Why you have a page and what it should be used for
  • The difference between page voice and tone
  • Graphic, photography, and imagery best practices
    • This will include training on what the best practices are and tools and instructions on how to create high-performance graphics
  • Content creation, management, and scheduling
    • What works and what doesn’t
  • Customer service with Facebook
  • Facebook algorithm insights
  • Cross-channel integration (with traditional and digital media), in addition to graphic/imagery integration
  • Facebook advertising, ad creation, placement, and budgeting
    • This will be supported with actual advertising campaigns, data, examples, and results

  • Understanding calls to action
  • How to evaluate and assess page analytics and advertising performance
