A three-part webinar series has been created by the MN Chamber to assist employers in understanding and implementing the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (HR 3590). The program will cover the new Health Insurance Exchanges under PPACA and the new laws scheduled to take effect on January 1, 2011 (e.g. Small Business Tax Credit, W-2 Reporting, HSA Limits & Penalty, FSA Limits, Brand-Name Drug Tax, Federally Subsidized Long-Term Care and Physician Ownership Referral).
