Each session is intended to be interactive and engaging so participants will have fun and learn something new to help you grow as a professional.

This session will help define the concept for coaching. You will practice the basic concept and set some coaching objectives that you can start to practice right away. Come prepared to interact, share, and practice the concept of coaching while realizing that the most successful supervisors coach into themselves and out to the team.

Performance management (evaluations) is not about the form, but the connection with employees so they know what they can do to become even better at their craft, trade or job.
