Going Behind the Scenes session of Leadership Winona will be an all day excursion into agribusiness, manufacturing, health care and law enforcement. The goal will be to expose program enrollees to the current impacts as well as the challenges and opportunities for each of these sectors and how they shape and define Winona County.
