Topic: Attitude in the Workplace Did you know the success of the business is dependent on each and every employee's attitude? Does your attitude match the expression on your face? On September 21 we will spend an interactive hour discussing what "Face" we should show our customers and how to "adjust" our attitude to fit their needs. We will discuss the significance of an employee's attitude on the bottom line. Mary has over 20 years experience in leadership, customer service and gender/generational training and conflict resolution.
