About Bill English, M.A., M.Div., L.P., CPBPM
Bill English is a former business owner of a national training company that grew to $9M/year in sales in it's first five years of existence. It was a great business with the right people on the bus sitting in the right seats. In spite of this, over the next six years, Bill had to right-size his business twice and eventually sold it at the end of 2014. He didn’t understand the warning signs in his own business until it was too late.
Drawing on his experience as a business owner who has been through the ups and downs of ownership, Bill speaks on the characteristics of good businesses that are slowly going bad to help other business owners solve their most important problems before it is too late.
In addition, as a Minnesota Psychologist, Bill connects the persona and emotions of being a business owner to the ebb and flow of the business itself. Understanding yourself forms the core of how you should run your business.
