This course covers the skill development necessary to manage projects and processes. Projects come in all sizes and shapes. Managing the fundamentals are similar-clear communication (project scope), documenting the deliverables (goals and deadlines), managing people (status updates) and establish specific timelines (sequence of events) will be covered.
