"Investing in Winona" is this year's theme because that's what the Winona Housing Association is all about! We encourage all of our local housing providers and builders to shop in Winona for everything related to housing and building.

Our business partners come from such diverse industries and businesses as local banks and lending institutions, insurance providers, contractors and materials providers, security, advertising, accounting and tax services, real estate companies and representatives from just about every type of business providing services to local landlords, builders and developers. Remember, there are over 900 licensed rental housing providers in Winona.
We represent Winona's largest privately -- held industry!
 
 We are asking for a donation of $150 as in previous years. Since the event is being held with the Winona Chamber the table fee is $125 if you are a Chamber member.  We are also asking that you bring a gift with a $50 value for our drawing. This can be a gift of goods or services from your business, a gift certificate or a cash prize. We will have a "tradeshow" type table available for use in displaying your business and marketing information. Prizes offered should not require any other purchase or obligation on the part of the winner. All in attendance will be encouraged to visit your table throughout the evening to learn all about what you can provide to local housing professionals and anyone else in attendance. Be sure to bring plenty of business cards-you'll need them to give to potential customers. In addition, the winner of your prize will be required to have your business card in hand when their name is drawn. This has always worked very well to ensure that all of the visitors drop by to talk with you, and to be sure to get one of your business cards to be eligible for the drawing!
