Restorative Justice Fundraiser
Winona County Restorative Justice will be host to Dad's Belgian Waffles. This fundraiser will help provide opportunities to many youth within Winona County. The Restorative Justice Program will use the funds raised to support various programs such as Mentoring, Circles, Community Group Conferencing, Community Work Service and the Victim Empathy Class.
